What is MS3D?

Automotive Design Studio & E-Learning Academy

MS3D was founded in 2020 by automotive designer and Autodesk Alias mentor Mohammad Sadra Babaei. What began as a personal portfolio under the name "Mohammad Sadra 3D" has grown into an international design studio and academy focused on digital car design, professional Autodesk Alias online turotials, and high quality 3D modeling services.

Today, MS3D operates as a subsidiary of Turquoise Studio BV, based in the Netherlands, partnering with companies, design studios and brands around the world.

Our mission is clear: bridge the gap between education and the automotive industry. We don't just teach only a software but we teach the real workflows used by professional automotive designers and Alias modelers in automotive industries.

Over the years, MS3D has trained more than 10K of students worldwide and has collaborated with companies and design studios on concept designs, production cars, Class-A quality digital modeling projects and even engineering support. Our experience includes projects for hypercars, car body kits, in one word: automotive design processes and aerospace products. We provide professional Autodesk Alias training for industry teams in parallel.

Our online academy is built for designers who want to develop practical skills that lead to real opportunities in the automotive industry. Every course is created from professional experience and focuses on production ready workflows rather than academic theory.

Beyond education, MS3D provides digital design and CAD services, including:

Automotive design development and design process
Autodesk Alias NURBS and Subdivision modeling
Reverse engineering from scan data
CAD preparation for engineering and manufacturing
Concept design, digital sketching and 3D design services

MOHAMMAD SADRA BABAEI

Co-Founder / Alias Mentor / Digital Designer

The person who started MS3D brand is none other than Mohammad! After working as a 3D modeler for several years, he began teaching some students because of his great interest in teaching and monitoring. After a while, he found himself ready to work on projects and improve his skills. He had done many big and small projects for different companies although he had many students on the other side. That’s why he is actually a top mentor and his passion on car design is very interesting.
He is currently the original brand Founder, CEO, Head of Design Studio, Alias Modeler, Alias Mentor and determinant of general policies and management of MS3D world.

AMIR AHMAD BORNAEE

Vice President / Business Manager

Founder of Turquoise Design Studio BV, a company based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. MS3D and Turquoise Studio BV joined together in August 2021 in order to business freely with design studios, clients, companies and big brands worldwide. He is supporting MS3D as a business manager by managing and releasing invoices, taxes and other stuff related to the company.

A partnership between MS3D Academy and Volkswagen Group signed, and we became an official supplier of Volkswagen Group. The target is providing Autodesk Alias training materials for the SEAT,SA Design Department and it's designers which is done successfully.
